Here is some great news! If you check out my publisher's web site at www.1stbooks.com and look at the article listing the top 100 sellers for the 4th quarter, you will note that MARUPA is listed as number 55 on their list!!! Keep in mind that this company has over 500,000 published and for sale on their site!

I have slowed down the booksigning process. But this is only temporary. Between my regular daytime job, family life, and other projects, I am at a standstill for the time being. Most of the sales of my books have been on-line and I have been doing quite well selling books at the book store at the church I attend. I haven't sold enough books to retire yet (ha, ha!) but I am delighted with the progress thus far. I still intend to do the booksignings I have detailed below.

I will be setting up book signings in other parts of New Mexico. By the end of the year or by 2003 I will be signing books in Santa Fe, Taos, Las Cruces and perhaps in Roswell. I guess I had better add Alamogordo to that list since my wife's oldest daughter, Deidre, and her husband Orlando Sena live there. We try to get there as much as possible since Orlando is one of my favorite chefs!

I will also be in my second hometown of El Paso to sign books. I call El Paso my second hometown because I have spent so much time there. It took me a while to get used to El Paso, but I'll tell you, I love the people there. And their restaurants and golf courses aren't all that bad either! Also, my second home church is there, Abundant Living Faith Center. Pastor Charles Nieman is absolutely one of the most dynamic speakers I have ever heard! Lastly, I am thinking about going to Phoenix, Denver, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
